The house is ideal for families with kids. The house has AC, high-end appliances and the most cozy beds with cotton sheets. Located just steps from a park and a short walk to shops, restaurants and cafes. 10 minutes to downtown & less than 20 minutes to the airport. Enjoy the perfect blend of convenience and tranquility at our home! The space Welcome to our cozy nest! Our home is open to people of all races, genders, religions, sexual orientations, and ethnicities. We cherish this home as it's where we live and thrive day-to-day. We invite you to enjoy it as much as we do and ask that you treat it with the same care and respect as you would your own. The open-plan ground floor features a living room connected to a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, complete with an induction range, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and a Keurig coffee machine—perfect for your morning brew. Additionally, there is an electric kettle, blender and Kitchen Aid mixer. The cold water from the kitchen sink is filtered, as well as the chilled water that comes from the refrigerator. Relax on the deep-seat couch, enjoy the 55” smart TV, or delve into books available for all ages. The space is climate-controlled by a dedicated mini-split AC unit for optimal comfort. Upstairs, two bedrooms and two full bathrooms await, each with a soaking bathtub, perfect for a rainy day or to unwind. Enjoy a restful sleep on beds fitted with Tempurpedic mattress toppers, cotton linens, and luxurious down comforters and pillows. Each room is equipped with individual mini-splits and blackout blinds, to ensure a personalized comfort level. The master bedroom has a white noise machine. The house is equipped with safety features for kids, including a baby gate at the top of the stairs, safety locks for drawers and cabinets, outlet covers and toilet locks (upstairs only). Additionally, we have the following items available upon request: highchair, pack and play, potty, and running stroller (for an additional fee). Both floors have a Bose Bluetooth sound system for you to easily connect and enjoy your favorite tunes. Step outside to the patio with high-quality padded furniture, ideal for lounging on sunny days. Admire the flowers and herbs in our planters that surround the space. Our neighborhood is quiet, clean, and safe, with a park less than a minute away, featuring a playground, basketball court, and shady picnic spots. Three larger parks are just a 15-minute walk away. We are committed to caring for the environment and use non-toxic and eco-friendly products. We encourage you to do the same during your stay to help reduce our collective environmental impact. We have provided a range of suitable cleaning products for your use, but you are welcome to use your own, provided they align with these values. Guest access Guests have full access to the house and fully fenced backyard. The space is private and not shared with anyone else.
