The home has two living rooms with sofas that open into beds (linen, comforter and pillows are in the first bedroom closet), three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, dining room and full kitchen. The home has an open concept allowing guests to flow easily from one room to the other. There are ROKU televisions in the bedrooms, living rooms and the dining room. The basic seasonings are provided for your cooking convenience along with bottled water, snacks and coffee. Sit on the front porch and enjoy the cool breeze from the ceiling fans or on the screened in back porch. The home is centrally located and is in walking distance to the Bull Street District, Segra Park, the Township Auditorium and downtown Main Street. It is super close to Five Points, USC, Columbia College, Allen University and Benedict College. It’s also a short distance from both Prisma Health Hospitals (5 min), MUSC (5 min), Lexington Medical Center (10 min) and Fort Jackson (10 min). The home is located less than 15 minutes from the Columbia airport. It is centrally located to I-20, I-26, I-77 as well as to the University of SC, Columbia College, Benedict, Allen, Columbia International University, Ft Jackson, Prisma Health Richlland/Baptist, Township Auditorium, Seibel House. Koger Center and Colonial Life Arena. The home offers an open floor plan with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, 3 bedrooms with sleeping for 6 (up to 8 with the couches that open up in the double living rooms), 2 full bathrooms, and mutliple outdoor living spaces. The space: There are 2 adjacent living room spaces each with a Smart TVs equipped with ROKU remote controls., a couch and chairs for ample seating. Both rooms have 52 inch ceiling fans with remotes. The couches open up for addtional sleeping space. There are games and blankets in the cabinet in the room with the blue couch. There is also a work station with a beautiful view. Both rooms have 2 large picture windows, allowing you to take in the beauty of this histroic downtown neightborhood. The spacious master bedroom offers a full private bathroom with a shower, a king bed and double closets with lots of storage, Soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided along with linens and towels. There is also aTV in this room. The middle queen bedroom offers alackout curtains, halong with w a closetloset with storage and hangers. Guests in this room share a full bathroom with the other queen bedroom. The shared bathroom has a huge shower . Soap, shampoo, and conditioner available along with linens and towels . There is also a TV in this room. The first queen bedroom also ahs blackout curtains and a huge closet with storage and hangers. Extra sheets, pillows and comforters for the couches in the double living room are stored in the closet in this room. tThere si a dresser and TV in this room. The open, fully-stocked kitchen provides all stainless steel appliances including a microwave., air fryer, toaster adn coffee maker. Also provided: cookware, silverware, plates, bowls, coffee mugs, wine glasses, items for baking such as mixing bowls, cookie sheet, 9X13 pan, wine bottle opener, hot pads/mitts, consumables such as paper towels, aluminum foil, dish soap, dishwasher soap pods, etc. Therer is coffee, tea bags, sugar and equal in the cabinet above the coffee maker. A fire extinguisher is located under the kitchen sink and a First Aid Kit in cabinet above the fridge. The eat-in dining area has a table with seating for up to 4 guests and a island with seating for 3 guests. This room also has a Smart TV equipped with a ROKU remote control. The laundry room off of the kitchen has a LG washer and dryer. There are complimentary laundry detergent pods, dryer sheets, bleach tabs and Shout and Lysol. You will also find the iron, ironing board, broom and dustpan and Mop in this area.
