Guest access Guests have access to entire house and backyard except the shed/garage on property. Other things to note You must be at least 25 years old to book a stay. We are on well water. Drinking the water is not recommended without filtering first. No smoking inside the house. There will be a $250 fee if mocking or vaping smell will be inside the home upon departure. Very front of property has a small lot that occasionally rents out on a different platform. Does NOT interfere with Cozy Countryside privacy, stay, nor parking. They enter the same driveway but are required to stay in their lot-refer to photo for reference.
