Conveniently located on Great Trail Golf Course, in Minerva. Our home is nestled next to hole 10 green and hole 14 green. Watch golfers, grill out, and enjoy the scenery at the Pergola in the backyard. Whether you're passing through town or here to play golf, you'll surely enjoy yourself in our small town. Just a 3-minute drive to town. **My husband and I will be in the house during your stay, while rooms and basement living area is private, the home as a whole is a shared space. The space Entering through the laundry room on the back of the house you'll find the first bedroom with adjoining bathroom to your left. This room also has access from the porch. To access the basement bedroom, bathroom, and living space you will enter through the laundry room and walk towards the front door and then turn left to find the stairs down to the basement area. Note, the upper level of the house is for private use and off limits. Guest access Feel free to use the mini fridge in the basement living room for any small items needing to stay cold during your stay. During your stay If you need assistance during your stay, please message me through the app or text message. Other things to note Please know we have a tri-colored beagle, Marv, who also lives with us. He loves people, ear rubs, and chasing chipmunks! Don't worry, he prefers his squeaky toys to golf balls. He may greet you once parked on the premises or follow you as you drive up the driveway. The two beds in the basement living area are queen sized air mattresses. Each bedroom has a standard queen-sized bed, four beds in total.
