CONVENIENT LOCATION : Located just a short drive from restaurants and grocery stores, with easy access to Interstate 35E. POOL: The pool is professionally serviced every Friday, so it’s cleaned and maintained on a regular schedule. Because there are trees directly above the pool, leaves and natural debris will naturally fall in throughout the day, even right after cleaning. This is completely normal and part of enjoying an outdoor pool. We just want to set the right expectations so you can fully enjoy your stay. PLEASE NOTE : Pets are not allowed Other things to note PARKING INFORMATION: Free street parking is available in front of the house. Additionally, we offer a one car parking garage for an extra fee, depending on availability. If you’re interested in reserving the garage, please let us know. The garage is strictly for parking a car only and cannot be used for storage. ROOM CLEANING FEE: 🛏️ For stays over 14 days and up to 30 days: a $35 room cleaning fee applies once. 🛏️ For stays longer than 30 days: a $35 room cleaning fee applies every 2 weeks.
