Cozy loft located in a renovated building, in the heart of the village, a 5-minute walk from the public beach and the snowmobile/mountain bike trails. Easy access with its private entrance. Very quiet building. Please note that the Bistro (which is no longer in operation) is hosting its final evening event with musicians on May 29, which will end at 11:00 p.m. It might be noisier that evening. The space The loft consists of a beautiful large bright open-air style room, with its own private entrance, a small dining table that can also serve as a work table, two comfortable double beds, a fully equipped kitchenette for cooking (two burners, fridge, small oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, etc.), a full bathroom with shower and towels. There is a cable TV, unlimited high-speed internet service, and air conditioning can be provided upon request with extra fees. The backyard, as well as a BBQ and tables, are available for guest use. Guest access To get to La Grange de Ste-Lu, you can take the 323 from Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts and then turn onto Chemin de Sainte-Lucie, then after about ten minutes of driving, you will find the building on your left, in the heart of the village of Sainte-Lucie-des-Laurentides. You can park your car in our large parking lot directly next to the loft and access it from the back of the building. It's door #1. Other things to note A lockbox is installed to be able to access the loft at any time independently. A warm tropical bistro-style restaurant (Bistro Ste-Lu) is attached to the loft building, to serve guests who would like to have a drink, eat on site or attend cultural events. It is open on Fridays and Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and on Sundays from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. A convenience store with a gas station, a free public beach are a minute's drive from the loft. Adventure lovers can have fun on the treetop adventure trail just minutes from the beach. A nice hiking trail is also close to the loft, between the church and the rectory. Many forest trails are located all around the village (Mount Kaaikop), to enjoy the Laurentian fauna and flora. Cycling, skiing and snowshoeing enthusiasts will also be served with the different options of circuits, slopes and mountains available to them.
