Heels in the Sand/Duck Waterfront

Enjoy a Sound to Ocean vacation in this cozy space located in Duck right on the Currituck Sound. Launch a kayak or paddleboard from the backyard or crab off the community pier right next door. Beach access is just a short walk away across the street. Walking and biking paths are available into Duck where dining and shopping is plentiful. Whether you like watching stunning waterfront sunsets on the Sound, lounging on the beach, water sports or just plain old relaxing, this place is for you! The space This is a beach cottage located waterfront (on the Currituck Sound) with 3 bedrooms (all Queen beds) and 2 full bathrooms. Linens (sheets and two towels per person; one wash cloth per person,are provided). Two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 rolls of paper towels, trash bags, hand soap, shower soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent are provided. The house is located directly on the Sound with the community pier next door, readily accessible. There is parking available and the cottage for up to 2 cars and beach access is across the street (approximately .2 mi) down Mallard Dr. Please note that a tenant is occupying the apartment below the cottage. He parks in the carport. Guest access The 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths are located upstairs. The apartment downstairs has a full time resident. Other things to note Cottage is roughly 1300 square feet and stairs are required to access. Laundry is on ground level shared with renter below. Max 6 people; 3 Queen beds. Beach access across the street in Wild Duck Dunes down Mallard Dr. No pets. No parties, smoking or vaping. Primary renter minimum age of 25. Single renter in apartment below with completely separate entrance. All guests are encouraged to purchase trip insurance.
