The Perfect Tiny House

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Tucked away in the back of the property, you'll find "The Perfect Tiny House". This cozy, yet elegant retreat, offers a unique and intimate experience for up to two guests. All new construction, this Tiny House has it all. The space The Tiny House is the perfect studio; It is about 275 square feet in size and has two rooms: a main room and a gorgeous bathroom. The interior design is minimalist, with a clean and elevated look/feel, mostly using black and white colors. Inside, there are designated areas for sleeping, cooking, working or eating, and a beautifully designed bathroom, plus a plush Queen size bed and a wall mounted 43in 4K UHD Smart Tv. The Tiny House comes with a fabulous fully equipped Kitchenette; that includes an Electric Double Burner Cooktop, Paula Deen Convention Air Fryer Oven, plus a Microwave, plus a 10.1 cu ft Refrigerator. The double burner cooktop fits perfectly on the countertop to the left of the sink, while you will use the other devices from the shelves that they sit on. We have tried to provide everything (utensils and equipment) that is needed to cook a meal for yourself and possibly one other guest. However, we do not provide cooking oil, butter, salt, pepper etc; what I refer to as groceries. Guest access The backyard and fire pit area are shared by both houses, the host/homeowner of the property resides in the main house. The Tiny House has its own outdoor Bistro Set, which is great for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning while planning your day, or for sipping a glass of wine in the evening when you want to unwind. In addition to this, The Tiny House has it's own propane barbecue. Guests also have access to on-site shared Laundry (Stackable washer/Dryer) that is just off the main house with keyless entry into the private laundry room that is connected to the main house. Since the laundry is connected to the main house there are time restrictions when Guests can do laundry. Host provides laundry soap and dryer sheets. The Private laundry room is available to Guests between Monday - Saturday between 8am CT - 8pm CT. Other things to note The parking area for guests staying at The Tiny House is located directly in front of the property, just off the street and right before the mailbox. You can refer to the Welcome Book (or the attached pictures) for a picture that provides a visual representation of the parking area. To maintain a smooth parking experience for all, which includes neighbors surrounding the property we kindly request that each Tiny House reservation be limited to one (1) car. If you have guests visiting you during your stay, they can usually park in the parking lot designated for the Church, which is located nearby. However, please note that on Sunday mornings, this parking lot is not available for use. Note: The carport and driveway area is specifically reserved for host/homeowners unless other arrangements have been made. During severe storms (and possible hail), Tiny House Guests will be allowed to park in the carport (simply coordinate with the host/homeowner via Text or a call).
