Une Maison dans le Perche is a haven of peace in the heart of the Parc Naturel du Perche, 1h50 from Paris. An authentic 18th-century farmhouse that combines great comfort with country charm, thanks to a high standard renovation. No neighbor, only nature and a great experience of French countrylife in Normandy. In its large wild garden surrounded by pastures cows and horses graze. In addition to the 3 en-suite bedrooms, there's a solo room for a seventh traveler. The space A House in the Perche is an authentic French cottage in Normandy. Surrounded by pastures it is the perfect place (re) discover countrylife. In addition to the 4 king size beds bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, we have solo bedroom for additional guest or just a quiet area to enjoy massages. The wild garden is paradise for squarells and owls. In the barn you’ll can enjoy late dinners unless you prefer to watch the stars under the (very) old lime-tree. If we are not around (we benchmark other airbnbs from time to time :-), a private house manager will welcome and make sure your stay in our house and your journey in le Perche will be perfect. We share with her your arrival schedule, and she does make sure to be available to welcome you personally, show you the place, answer your questions and give you the keys. We kindly ask you to keep her updated if you have any delay. Guest access Une Maison dans le Perche is an isolated old farm, surrounded by pastures. You will enjoy here a peaceful country life. No close neighbor, even if our small lovely village is 10min walk from the house. You'll have access to the full house and garden but are not allowed to enter the barn, still to be renovated. Our private parking is big enough for 3 to 4 cars. And if needed we can accommodate a solution for your bikes. Other things to note CHECK-IN / CHECK OUT We'll be happy to welcome you based on a precise schedule. We will welcome you between 5pm and 9pm. Please note that if you can’t share this schedule at least 3 days before your arrival we can’t make sure we'll be available at your exact time of arrival. If you have any delay, please let us know in advance to adjust the welcome meeting for the best. Self check-in must be approved on our side. Check out will be at 10:00 am on the day you leave. If you need a late check out, please let us know. If it works for us, we'll be happy to arrange it for you. We kindly ask you to make sure the house you leave will be exactly the same that the house you found. We charge cleaning fees (included in your Airbnb fees) for each stay. That includes sheet and towels. If the house is not cleaned for your checkout, we'll charge extra fees for house keeping (25€/hour). Deposit is included in your CB paiement (only activated in case of damage). Loss of the keys and associated expenses will be at your charge. PLEASE NOTE: We do not have air conditioning nor micro-waves oven. During summer, you may experience hot days, despite the fact that old houses are fresher than new buildings, but we have fans in the house if you need some fresh air. We do not accept pets. The house is kind friendly and we will be happy to provide you bed, chair, tableware, playpen on request. Please keep in mind though that this is an old country farmhouse, and that security is not optimal for very young kids. Stairs, furniture, garden etc. are not and can't be secured.
