Embrace the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. The space Turkey Creek Retreat is a 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bathroom condo that can sleep up to four people. When you enter the unit you are welcomed by the local University of Tennessee themed family room that has two couches and a roku equipped flat screen TV for you to relax and enjoy. Making your way down the hallway you pass by the 1/2 bathroom as you come into the kitchen and dining area. The dining area has a table for 4 with two bench seats and chandelier. The full kitchen has everything you need to cook and feel right at home, from full sets of pots and pans, to a high performance blender and crock pot, you can make meals in, and not have to eat out every time. Off the side of the kitchen is a stackable washer and drier unit for those longer stays that require you to do laundry or to freshen up the linens. The back porch is great to unwind on. Out the back door you'll find an outdoor couch as well as two chairs and bistro table to enjoy the fresh air. Heading upstairs you will find both bedrooms as well as the jack and jill style full bathroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed, oversized walk in closet, and a wall mounted tv with roku. The second bedroom has two twin beds, closet and a desk for those that need a space to get work or school work done, as well as a roku equipped TV above the desk. The bathroom in between the two bedrooms has a single sink vanity as well as a shower and tub combo. Guest access Guests will have full access inside the unit, and will gain entry through a touch screen lock on the front door. Address and access details will be sent out 24 hours prior to check-in. There is ONE parking spot per unit, with the potential for a second with prior approval from management. Additional parking spots will be approved on a case by case basis depending on the occupancy of the rest of the building. Other things to note *Kitchen is equipped with basics, but anything beyond that you will need to bring. Kitchen includes: Oven, stove top, microwave, dishwasher, full set pots and pans, blender, crock pot, baking sheets, hot mitts, toaster, coffee maker (both drip and keurig), full knife set, bakeware, mixing bowls, knives, utensils, plates, bowls, drinkware, cutting boards, tupperware, etc. * Laundry room with washer and dryer, vacuum, mop, and broom if needed. *Iron and ironing Board in master bedroom closet. *Starter Kit includes: Jar of ground coffee (enough for approx. (2) 12 cup pots, (4) K-cups, powdered creamer, sweetener, (3) dishwasher pods, (2) bottles of water, dryer sheets and washer machine pods for (4) loads of laundry, (2) rolls paper towels, (2) rolls toilet paper in each bathroom. Beyond the starter kit, guests will need to provide or bring. *First aid kit, fire extinguisher, flashlights provided in kitchen. *Smoking & Vaping not allowed *No pets allowed
