Welcome to our beach home, “5 O'Clock Somewhere"! The perfect spot to kick back, relax and sip it neat or chilled! Walk just a few short steps to the sand from the resorts private direct beach access or, take advantage of the sundecks surrounding the many pools (seasonally heated) and soak up the warm Carolina sun! Whichever you choose, simply leave the hustle of your day to day behind! The space Open the door to our 5th floor condo and be welcomed into the King bedroom. The king sized bed is dressed with fresh new linens for your comfort. The flat screen television provides a little viewing to unwind and the dresser and closet have ample space to tuck away all of your things. The center of the home is the kitchen and bath. The kitchen has everything you’ll need to prepare a meal and the full sized fridge is perfect for keeping your drinks nice and cold! The exterior vanity to the bath is the perfect size to dress for a night out and the newly renovated tile shower is great for washing off the sand! The open concept living and dining area is furnished with a pullout queen sofa to add extra sleeping space. The swivel rocker, is the perfect spot to sip on a tall glass of sweet tea while watching your favorite show on the flat screen. Or turn off theTV, open the balcony door and watch the ocean waves crash. Did we mention the private balcony with an ocean view? Open the door to the private balcony and not only take in the view of the ocean but the pool deck below too! Guest access Our guests will have access to the entire condo and the numerous amenities Blue Water Resort has to offer without restrictions. For your convenience and to make packing a bit easier, the condo comes with 2 beach chairs, 2 beach towels, an umbrella, sand toys and a beach bag to carry it all in! Splash around in the indoor or outdoor pools. Relax those achy muscles in the hot tub after your work out in the gym. Or play a round of racquetball in the indoor court!! Challenge your family and friends to an arcade game in the game room. Or enjoy a little quiet time away in the beautifully decorated lobby. Not only does Blue Water have top notch 24hr security, it offers 2 coin operated laundry rooms, ice and vending machines and a free parking garage too! The onsite restaurant and Lido Deck offer a delicious bite and entertainment after a day at the beach! The New York style pizza place in the lobby is perfect for a relaxing night in. Nextdoor is a minimart, ice cream shop and just a short walk away are 2 mini golf places, a Dairy Queen and steak house! Other things to note Our condo is located in the oceanfront Blue Water building. The parking garage is 1 block away behind the additional Blue Water buildings. There is no oven. There is a 4 burner cooktop, microwave and toaster oven. An access card and codes are necessary to enter and move throughout the resort. The access card will be left in the condo for you, the codes will be sent by text message. The reserving guest must be over 25 and have prior reviews on Airbnb.
