Welcome to Nauti by Nature OKI, a family-friendly 3BR, 2.5BA Oak Island beach house just 0.5 miles from beach access. Enjoy a private pool, tiki hut, fire pit, grill, screened porch & outdoor shower. Perfect for families with bunk beds, toys, beach gear & fast Wi-Fi. The ideal North Carolina summer beach getaway for families and small groups! The space Welcome to Nauti by Nature OKI!! Your ultimate family getaway. Features: - Dive into fun with our sparkling heated pool, shaded tiki hut, and cozy firepit. - Grill up a storm on the outdoor barbecue, then unwind on the screened porch with a movie. - Located about half a mile from the nearest beach access - Inside, find comfort in 3 bedrooms: 2 with queen beds and 1 with bunk beds and toys for the kids. - Whip up delicious meals in the full kitchen and keep things fresh with the washer and dryer. - Plenty of parking and space for outdoor games ensure everyone has a blast. Please note the home is located directly on Oak Island Drive and the pool is heated from March- October (depending on the temperatures- pool cannot be heated when outdoor temp is below 50 degrees). The pool will also be cooled down to 80 degrees in Summer months. Linens and towels are included with this rental. This includes beach towels. Kitchen is fully stocked. One paper towel roll and one roll of toilet paper will be provided. A few laundry and dishwasher pods are provided as a “starter pack.” Please plan to bring extras, as required, for your length of stay. House also includes a full sized washer and dryer for rental use. Please note that while we are a kid-friendly rental; we are NOT baby/toddler proof. Some toys many not be suitable for those under the age of 3 and cabinets do not have locks. Guest access Guests have access to all of the house with the exception of the following areas: 1) Locked owner's closet 2) Gargage 3) Pool Shed Other things to note Dogs may be permitted, pending host approval. Please advise of dogs attending. No other pets permitted due to owner allergies. A $200 pet fee is applied (prior to taxes and fees). Firewood and starter are not provided. Propane tanks are available but may need to be refilled based on use. Routine maintenance may be required during your stay. These include Lawncare, pool maintenance, trash service and pest control. They will need access to the exterior of the home however with your consent, pest control may spray inside. By accepting this reservation you are agreeing to these services.
