This home is centrally located. Next door to Kroger and right in the center of Lanett and West Point. There's a fully fenced yard, three spacious bedrooms, original hardwood from the early 1900s, a full kitchen, two full bathrooms, one with a bath tub, one with a walk in shower, a living and a dining room. We are currently working on the home and will update pictures as we work on it. we've put a lot of work into reviving this home and are super excited to share it with our guests! The space This home is in the center of Lanett with neighbors in a not rich neighborhood. We've never experienced safety issues and feel 100% safe here, but be aware it is not in an affluent neighborhood by any means. The yard is fully fenced in and the front gate can be closed for children/pets playing outside. The neighbors are super friendly (elderly ladies) and one of them will probably wave and say hello. There is a large water plant behind the home. we plan to build a privacy fence in front of the current fence as it's not aesthetically pretty so be aware. There's a covered parking awning (not for lifted vehicles or tall vehicles). Kroger is next door and you can walk anywhere in town from the house. It is not a walkable town though. Guest access The whole house is yours to use. The supply closet and shed are not to be used by guests. Other things to note We love this home and are happy to share with with guests..
