Cold Spring Farm is 98-acres of rolling hills & forest complete with a pond, 8-stall horse barn and newly renovated 900 SF mobile home 'cottage' located less than 1/4-mile from Interstates 81 & 460 bypass! The cottage sleeps 6 guests and includes all the comforts of home - 2 large bedrooms with queen beds, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen/dining room open to a living room with a queen sleeper sofa, electric fireplace and 55" Roku television. Airbnb Income will finance a sanctuary for retired horses. The space The cottage sleeps 6 guests and includes all the comforts of home. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, dresser, attached bathroom, walk-in closet and electric fireplace. Extra bedding is in the storage ottoman below the window. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, dresser, office desk with extra bedding is in the closet. Bathroom 2 is adjacent to Bedroom 2 for easy access. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, oven/stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender and plenty of dishes, utensils and condiments to prepare home-cooked meals. The round table in the dining area coverts to an oval that seats 6. Books and board games are in a console table next to the dining table behind the sofa. The living room includes a queen sleeper sofa, electric fireplace, 55" Roku television and extra bedding in a storage ottoman. The laundry room has a washer and dryer with complimentary laundry pods and fabric softener sheets in the cabinet above the washer. A large outdoor deck leads to a fenced-in back yard complete with a firepit and views to the rolling hills and forests.
