The master bedroom boasts a plush king-sized bed for restful nights, along with a smart TV for your entertainment needs. Each of the three additional bedrooms features comfortable queen-sized beds, smart TVs, and tasteful decor, ensuring everyone in your group can unwind in comfort and style. The heart of the home lies in its open living area, where a seating arrangement invites relaxation around a smart TV. Whether you're enjoying a movie night with loved ones or simply unwinding after a day of exploration, this cozy space sets the scene for memorable moments. Adjacent to the living area, the dining space offers seating for six, perfect for shared meals and game nights alike. Additionally, four barstools at the kitchen island provide additional seating options for casual dining or socializing. The fully equipped kitchen beckons culinary adventures with its stainless steel appliances and ample supplies, allowing you to effortlessly whip up meals or reheat leftovers from the area's renowned eateries. A laundry closet with washer and dryer ensures convenience during your stay, complete with complimentary detergent and dryer sheets for added ease. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home and the community fitness center year round. The water park is open for about 6 months, opening in the spring and closing in the fall. 2025 Waterpark Dates May 15th - September 15th The Waterpark is open 7 days a week from 9am to 9pm (times may change) from April or May until September or October. In 2025 the pools will open on May 15, and will close on September 15. The water slides are only running on the weekends when there is a lifeguard on site to run them. The fitness center, located at the clubhouse, is open 5am to 10pm 7 days a week (times may change.) You will need a fob to gain entrance to both the pool and the fitness center. Please use the entrance to the pool on the right side of the clubhouse (facing the clubhouse).
