Located 4 miles from Gainsborough & 14 miles from Lincoln, this lodge is the ideal ‘home from home getaway’ sleeping up to 4 people! Bubble Your Worries Away in your own private 6 seater luxury hottub or even take a stroll around the on-site lake & hear nothing but the blissful sound of nature & wildlife! Longley’s Retreat is the place to come for some ‘you’ time! The space If you’re looking for somewhere to play excessively loud music, this is not the accommodation for you. Longley’s Retreat is in a peaceful, tranquil area, for people to be able to completely relax and switch off. The accommodation is all on one level which requires going up 3 steps to the main door, the parking bay is to the rear of the lodge. The lodge is fully kitted out with oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, smart Tv and a private luxury hot tub! Open Plan Living Area / Kitchen / Dining Area with a large smart TV, 3 seater sofa and a small double sofa bed, coffee table and dining table and 4 chairs. Off the living area are patio doors opening out leading onto an extending decking area and round the side of the lodge to the hot tub! A Modern Kitchen with built in oven/hob, free standing fridge freezer, and under counter dishwasher. Bedroom 1: A King sized bed, with bedsides at either side with lamps, and a large 4 door fitted wardrobe along the far side of the room. Bedroom 2: A double sized bed, with bedsides at either side with lamps, and a curtained wardrobe along one side of the room. A large bathroom with a shower over a bath, a sink and a toilet. The lodge has radiators throughout, all utensils, bed linen, and towels are included. The decked area has a private luxury hot tub for 6, Free Private parking for 2-3 cars. No smoking within the lodge. There are nice walks around the grounds (with a lake and picnic benches) loads of wildlife (we leave feeders out for the birds and we guarantee you'll see plenty!) Within walking distance we have an award winning Fish & Chip Shop which is definitely worth a visit! (Only open Fridays/Saturday though!) We are a 10 minute drive from Gainsborough Old Hall, and a 30 minutes drive from Lincoln Catherdral, or if you fancy a day at the coast we’re an 1hr 20min drive from Skegness. There is also a village pub which is a 15 minute walk away and a small village shop 12 minute walk away. Guest access All guests have access to there own lodge with a hot tub and private designated smoking area, and shared access around the on-site lake. Other things to note This is NOT suitable accommodation for people who are looking to party and be excessively loud etc, the lodge is situated on a private adult only site. We have multiple lodges on site so you will have neighbours. We don’t allow pets, there is a dog that lives on site however he is friendly and will not be near the guests. Smoking in the lodges is not allowed however you do have a private smoking area. Please note: if any house rules are broken, you will be asked to leave immediately. Thank you!
