3 bedroom/3 bath ground level 2 story townhouse style condo at Sunnyside Beach and Tennis Resort with beautiful Gulf of Mexico views and private access. Large resort swimming pool, tennis courts, volleyball court, playground, shuffleboard… ample square footage and resort green space! Resort is located on the west end of Panama City Beach. Close enough to area attractions but far enough away to allow for peace and relaxation! Saturday to Saturday weekly rentals during summer months The space This 74 Unit property is located on 25 acres across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. The Resort owns the beach side property providing a private beach with secure gate access via pedestrain walkway or undergorund walkway. There is a beachside community gazebo with seating for gathering and sunset viewing. Outdoor shower can be found by gazebo. Beach chair/ lounge sets and bonfires can be booked through local rental company. All Resort amenities are available to guest during stay. Sunnyside Resort requires a gate code access and parking pass fee of $150.00 paid directly to Sunnyside Resort on arrival . There are 2 reserved parking spots at unit with nearby overflow parking avaialble first come first serve. Guest access Guests have access to entire unit except for 2 locked owners closets, under staircase and master bedroom. Guests have access to facility’s amenities including private beach, pool, clubhouse, pool table, tennis courts, multipurpose sport court, playground, reserved and overflow parking, green space Other things to note All guests must abide by rules and instructions detailed in rental agreement and facility rules and regulations
