The space Barrio Laureles is a very quiet place where you can find bicycle rentals nearby to get to know the city better, take the subway station 5 blocks away, dance classes, Spanish classes, gyms, Unicentro shopping center. In the building you have access to free use of the washers and dryers 24/7, you just have to bring your own detergent and reserve the machine you are going to use The building has an elevator and stairs. The building does not have parking but you can find a public parking lot one block away The apartment has a security door with a double lock and a key to enter the building's main entrance. The bathroom shower has hot water. There is no hot water in the kitchen sink or bathroom sink. The first-aid kit is located on the second and sixth floors of the building The recording cameras are located in the hallways and/or corridors of the building and in the laundry area for security reasons. The urban design, named after the giant laurels that dot the landscape, is classically European, with shaded public parks, wide divided avenues, and radial streets. For nightlife, LA 70, or Calle 70, is just one block from the apartment. This wide avenue with its wide sidewalks is home to a collection of bars, nightclubs, casinos, and restaurants. In short, Laureles offers much of the cuisine and nightlife of other popular tourist areas of Medellín, such as Poblado, but within a quieter, friendlier, and more pedestrian-centered environment.
