Attic & work area

Outside the gates of Munich with lots of greenery and good connections (S-3 runs every 10 minutes and is at Marienplatz in 25 minutes). We rent a cozy room under the roof, with sofa, 140 cm wide bed, small desk and sofa corner. There is a private bathroom on the ground floor. 50 m from the house there is a bus connection and 10 minutes walk to the S3 (Furth). A large garden & a cat are part of the ensemble, and coffee and a friendly welcome are hospitality for us.
