The space The apartment is located on the ground floor of a historic building and therefore the entrance is comfortable and immediate. It is accessed through a doorway and a large atrium, where you'll also find a print shop and ancient books. To access the front door, you can find three steps. With the door open, you will find yourself in the new living room with a kitchenette and a comfortable sofa. The washing machine is not provided. Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited. The bedroom is with double bed 160x200 and the bathroom with shower. For children from 0 to 3 years old on request, we can enter a "camping" bed. IMPORTANT: Central heating and air conditioning. In Verona, the climate zone is E and the period of heating system activation is regulated from October 15 to April 15, with a maximum of 14 hours per day, between 5 am and 11 pm, as established by the Veneto Region. For air conditioners, Legislative Decree 74/2013 establishes that the maximum temperature that can be set in air-conditioned rooms must not exceed 26°C, with a tolerance of 2°C. Guest access We tend to prefer check-in after 3:00 p.m. and check-out before 10:00 a.m., but we can be flexible as long as you tell us your needs during the booking. Upon arrival, you will have your copy of the keys (to be returned before departure by leaving them on the table) and you will be free to use the apartment as you prefer. The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests. A short walk from the house, you will find yourself in Via Mazzini and Piazza Bra', from where you can easily reach the train station, the bus to and from the airport and taxis. The apartment is located in the ZTL area with traffic restrictions, you need to leave your car in the paid parking lots nearby.
