Inform us for those guests plans to swim on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays for us to register you at the admin in advance. Please note that pool fee is non-refundable. - GYM is exclusive only for the unit owners * Pay Parking is available at Shore Residences first come first serve basis Open Parking: P50 for first 4 hours plus 50 pesos every succeeding hour plus 300pesos after 1am Other things to note - Submit/scanned passport or Primary Identification card before check-in to facilitate an easy check-in process for you. - Visitors of our guest is only allowed at the lobby as per admin rules and the receptionist would not allow them to go at the unit since they are only following the said imposed policy. -If you wish to use the swimming pool you need to pay and inform us ahead of time since we need to get a voucher for you at the admin during their office hours 9am to 6pm on weekdays then 9am to 1pm on Saturday, the admin office is also closed every Sunday. - GYM is exclusive only for the unit owners - We can’t provide Guest Authorization for those guests who booked after admin office hours. However, our staff will personally assist and welcome you, just give them a time to travel. - you can use your own Netflix Account since our unit equipped with 55” smart tv. - Please bring your trash at the garbage room. -We ask for your cooperation to please do your share in saving the environment by turning off the lights and AC when you leave the unit - cleaning fee applies before your check-in, we are not accepting cleaning service as we give privacy to our guest and for security reasons - one time set-up for toiletries, linens and towels - additional cost after two (2) guest ₱295/guest/day for utilities, towel & toiletries - Strictly No Smoking inside the unit - Strictly No hanging of clothes at the balcony or window Penalty : ₱500 - Party is not allowed - No pets allowed
