No fee is charged for lease preparation. Signing is quick and easy, and we’ll send it electronically. 💰 Refundable Security Deposit : A $500 fully refundable security deposit is required for extended stays. For the security of our guests, this is paid separately through the Airbnb platform in addition to the quote for your reservation provided by Airbnb. The security deposit will be refunded through the Airbnb platform after your stay, assuming no damages. 🔍 Simple Background Screening (18+ Guests Only) : For safety and community standards, all guests 18 and older must complete a quick online background/eviction screening via TransUnion SmartMove.
