You'll love being close to historic Marietta Square, with easy access to restaurants and nightlife. Enter through the front door of this rear unit to find a spacious living room/kitchen. Use the fully-stocked kitchen to channel your inner Top Chef. After dinner, cozy up on the couch and stream your favorite show. The designated work-from-home station will let you take care of business like a pro. This includes a comfy office chair, an extra monitor, and high speed internet. You can even make the desk a standing desk with the push of a button. Pack light knowing that you have your own washer/dryer in the unit, but in case you didn’t, there is plenty of storage in the bedroom closet and drawer. Enjoy a great night’s sleep with a big comfy bed and light-cancelling curtains on every window of the unit! This is the downstairs unit of a duplex, completely self contained with *no* shared spaces. You will have your own driveway, private entrance, your own washer/dryer and kitchen. Guest access - The entire unit is yours and is completely separated from the remainder of the house to ensure your privacy - Keyless smart lock self-check-in - Your own private driveway A couple of days before your arrival, I will message you with check-in details Other things to note Please remember you are staying in a person's house, not a hotel please treat the space with respect, just as the previous guests have. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but please note that nobody is living on-site 24/7. For non-emergency issues, we do not send maintenance to the property during your stay, only after you depart. - All guests must be 25+ except for children with parents. - No parties - quiet hours are 10pm - 8am - 2 people max. We charge per guest; please have an accurate guest count. - There is a camera above the front door in place for your protection. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave immediately. - No late checkout or early check-in. If you arrive early or depart late, there will be a $50 charge per event. - No refunds for weather/natural disaster/power outages/acts of god/other things that are beyond our control. - We provide a start of supplies like toilet paper and paper towels. You may need to buy more if you're booking an extended stay.
