Lovingly designed with comfort in mind, this cozy space was put together by my brother — not a professional designer, but someone who values thoughtful details. Perfect for work or leisure, it includes a study corner, Western-style dry bathrooms, a compact kitchenette for light cooking, ambient lighting, ample charging points, and a comfy mattress. Located about 7 km from Agartala Airport, it takes around 20–30 minutes to reach the Sinhasleisang homestay. The space SinhasLeisang | Modern Aesthetic Service Apartment (1st Floor AC) – Equipped with Split AC, a kitchenette with induction cooktop, electric kettle, and basic kitchen items. Drinking water is provided from the home’s Aquaguard filter. This space is part of a home that's still evolving—growing with every guest. A 15L geyser ensures hot showers even in winter. We also have a studio apartment in the same house with a full kitchen setup, ideal for longer stays or those who enjoy more cooking flexibility. Come experience a stay designed not by an architect, but by someone who simply wanted a functional, welcoming home for himself—and for you. 😊 Guest access This is an independent floor built above my parents’ home, with a private entrance for guests. You’re welcome to access the rooftop for drying clothes, and there’s a small private balcony where you can smoke or relax with a cup of tea. Parking for up to five two-wheelers is available inside the property, separate from my father’s car parked on the premises. Unfortunately, car parking inside the premise will not be possible. We kindly request that furniture not be moved. If anything is shifted, please return it to its original place. Power backup and WiFi are available for your convenience. During your stay After the initial interaction, we like to give our guests space to relax and enjoy their stay. Of course, you’re always welcome to message or call if you need anything. We just request that, unless it’s urgent, please avoid calls or messages after 9:45 pm. Thank you. Other things to note Although the building is a G+2 structure, it's built on a slope—so the rooms you’ll have access to are actually on the first floor from ground level, not the second. You’ll need to walk up a flight of stairs to reach the unit. Kindly note, we don’t have staff to assist with luggage, as this is a self-service space. My parents are retired government employees, and we’ve designed the place to feel simple, peaceful, and homely. Since this is also my home, I request you to treat it with the same care and warmth as you would your own. Before confirming your booking, I’d be grateful if you could take a moment to go through our House Rules under the “Additional Rules” section on our Airbnb page. If anything’s unclear or if you have any questions at all, feel free to reach out. Note: We usually aren’t able to accommodate early check-in or late check-out, so we kindly request you to plan your arrival and departure accordingly.
