Lovingly designed with comfort in mind, this cozy space was put together by my brother — not a professional designer, but someone who values thoughtful details. Perfect for work or leisure, it includes a study corner, Western-style dry bathrooms, a compact kitchenette for light cooking, ambient lighting, ample charging points, and a comfy mattress. Located about 7 km from Agartala Airport, it takes around 20–30 minutes to reach the Sinhasleisang homestay. The space This space is part of a home that's still evolving—growing with every guest. A 15L geyser ensures hot showers even in winter. We also have a studio apartment in the same house with a full kitchen setup, ideal for longer stays or those who enjoy more cooking flexibility. Come experience a stay designed not by an architect, but by someone who simply wanted a functional, welcoming home for himself—and for you. 😊 Guest access This is an independent floor built on top of my parents' home. There is a private entrance, and guests are free to access the roof for things such as drying clothes etc. There is a small private balcony to smoke or enjoy a cup of tea. Parking space for up to four two-wheelers is available inside the property, separate from my father’s car, which is parked within the premises. Unfortunately, car parking may not be possible. During your stay My brother Nishant is happy to help you with not only information around Agartala and Tripura, but the whole of Northeast India. Other things to note Although the building is a G+2 structure, it's built on a slope—so the rooms you’ll have access to are actually on the first floor from ground level, not the second. You’ll need to walk up a flight of stairs to reach the unit. Kindly note, we don’t have staff to assist with luggage, as this is a self-service space. My parents are retired government employees, and we’ve designed the place to feel simple, peaceful, and homely. Since this is also my home, I request you to treat it with the same care and warmth as you would your own.
