Other things to note We are located in the central region of Praia do Patacho, exactly 120 km from Maceió Airport and 190 km from Recife Airport. The road on both routes is good. Coming from Recife, you can use the road section or cut the route by the ferry that crosses Japaratinga. The ferry is very safe, the crossing is made on a calm river and the distance is only 500 meters. Ferry availability should be checked online. To get around, we recommend renting a car, as there are so many amazing beaches within a 20-km radius. But you have the option to use taxis, motorcycle taxis and drivers in the region.
