Whether you decide to kick back around the fire pit, take a nap in a hammock or throw down with one of our family friendly board games, we're sure you'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay. BR is an easy 10-minute commute to Southern Pines and Vass 12 minutes to Pinehurst 3.2 miles to Country Club of Whispering Pines The space Kitchenette: Full size refrigerator, single burner countertop stove, full sink, drip coffee maker, dishes, cups, utensils, paper towels, dish soap. Living Room: Enjoy quality time with your friends and family! Comfortable sleeper sofa, ottoman, TV with ROKU, DVD player, DVD's, board games, cards, books and puzzles. Kid-friendly! Dining Room: Contemporary dining table with 4 chairs. Hutch with dishes and glassware. Bedroom: Peacefully decorated with a comfortable queen size bed with pull out twin trundle. Extra linens in closet. Relax and read a book in the hammock or chill out on the loveseat. There is not a second bedroom. Additional, sleeping arrangements are intended for the pull-out sleeper sofa in the living room. Bathroom: Updated bathroom with bathtub and shower. Patio and outdoor space: There's more relaxing to be done! Relax in the hammock, patio chairs or sit by the firepit (wood provided). Guest access Once you arrive to the private residence, you'll pull in the driveway and park on the parking pad on your left. There is a path that goes to the left of the house and will take you to the private patio entrance on the lower level. Once there, you'll receive instructions for opening the lock box. Other things to note Please be mindful this is our full-time residence. We hope you enjoy our retreat!
