Each room has a private terrace overlooking the large common terrace with a magnificent sea view where there are sun loungers and parasols facing the sunset. Breakfast is included and served in the garden. The kitchen is shared. The space The house has three floors, the ground floor is for rent and has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen for guests. Each room has a private terrace in front of the bedroom, then a large shared terrace and has a private entrance from the outside. The garage is free in the garden. Guest access The house is in the Gulf of Pelion, between the villages of Lefokastro and Kalamos, about 45 minutes by car from Volos, 4 hours from Athens and 3 hours from Thessaloniki.
