Fans + AC in Living Room Only The space One of the Oldest Homes in San Diego has been tastefully updated while maintaining several unique features & charm to accommodate modern living. This Large Victorian Home has been converted into 4 units, with this listing spanning the entirety of the Downstairs, aside from the building's common entry & stairway that lead to the additional units upstairs. This 3 bedroom/ 1 bath Home has a generous sized Great Room perfect for entertaining families & group settings, with 2 bedrooms attached (Full Sized Bed + Bunk Bed Room) and the oversized King Bedroom having its own separate entrance off the main entry hallway, just a few feet from the units main entrance to the living area. This residence has direct access to the backyard with an outdoor dining set & BBQ Grill for your enjoyment. A fully equipped kitchen to meet all of your cooking & entertaining needs with pots, pans, bakeware glassware & kitchen accessories. W/D in unit with limited supplies + stocked bathroom with basic essentials for use during your stay. We look forward to hosting you! Fans in Each Bedroom + AC Unit in Great Room. NO AC in Bedrooms! 1 Space heater available upon request. Parking in driveway is first come, first served- not guaranteed. Public street parking is always an alternative option. We now have an occasional food truck that parks in the front yard Wednesday- Sunday. View from front bedroom will be obstructed if they are operational. Guest access Exclusive access to 3B/1B unit. Shared backyard as other guests will have access from front side entry gates to dispose of trash & use amenities occasionally. Other things to note As mentioned in previous descriptions, this Victorian Home was previously converted into 4 units. The downstairs is all one unit. Once you enter the Buildings Front entrance there is a common hallway/ stairway so that other guests can access their suites/studios upstairs. The king bedroom is immediately to the right once you enter the Building entrance, across from the stairway, while the Main Entrance to the Downstairs unit is just a few feet further down the entry foyer- comprised of the additional 2b/1b + living spaces and amenities. This Home is located in a lively commercial District of a Historic Mexican Heritage neighborhood surrounded by restaurants, bars & shops that are open most mid-day until the evening hours with lively events/ and sometimes music on occasional weekends that draw lots of people to the neighborhood. Fans in Each Bedroom + AC in Great Room Only! Check-in Time is at 4pm the day of Arrival. We will send check-in instructions shortly before check-in time on the day of arrival. If you would like an early check-in, we offer an Early Check-In Guaranteed for 2pm the day of Arrival, for a nominal fee of $40.00. Please let the Host know upon booking or prior to your Arrival. Fee will be requested through Airbnb upon Booking Confirmation or request Prior to Arrival. Check-Out Time is at 10am the day of Departure. We will send check-out instructions the day prior or morning of Departure (for short stays). If you would like a Late Check-Out, we offer an option for you to stay until 12pm (noon) the day of Departure, for a nominal fee of $75.00 **subject to availability**. Please let the Host know upon booking or prior to your Departure. Fee will be requested through Airbnb upon Guest Request & Host Confirmation of accommodation. If Unit is not vacated at agreed upon Check-Out/ Extended Check-Out time, Guest maybe charged a Late Check Out Fee or additional nightly rate (with no access to the property) as penalty. No Data Mining/ Crypto Mining on Premises. This will result in an Energy Surcharge Fee disputed with Involvement from Airbnb. Do not leave AC/ Heat on upon departure. Lockouts Subject to Fee of up to $250. A general note (in response to feedback and setting expectations for future/ incoming guests): We provide/ restock general basic supplies (toilet paper, trash bags, soap, basic cleaners, etc) in the unit for short term stays in between guests & do not replenish these items during your stay unless the Unit was not adequately supplied and noted immediately upon your arrival. In general there will be at least one roll of paper towels & 2-3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and a few trash bags + Hand/ dish soap, shampoo/ conditioner etc. Important Booking Information We encourage guests to consider Airbnb's optional travel insurance coverage, which may help protect against certain unforeseen travel disruptions, emergencies, or changes in plans.
