Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape between the Peruvian Amazon rainforest + Andes mountains. Relax, explore + rejuvenate in our hand built Cobb home surrounded by mountains, forest, birds(including hummingbirds), rivers + views of pure untouched nature. Soak in the river, absorb the sun, listen to the sounds of nature, rain on the roof + crickets singing you to sleep. Sit around the fire, star/moon gaze. Add on: Nourishing, delicious meals 3x/day + guided waterfall tours The space The house is our home that we wish to share with you. It is located 1.5 hours from town at the end of a 4x4 road. For this reason we offer you a pickup and drop off service from the bus station/town for $30usd. Extra trips to town are $30usd round trip. We are building an off-grid homestead surrounded by nature. We share this land with other couples and families. Our home, your space, is tucked away and completely private for you to use. You are welcome to be apart of our community, share common spaces or you can stay to yourselves, your choice. We live off-grid which means everything is run off solar power, hot water is heated by stoves, we use composting toilets, satellite internet(Starlink) with limited hours of use per day and share the showering space 2x per week. You are free to enjoy the whole property including forest walks, swimming/sitting by the river, our massive veggie garden, chickens, sheep, growing fruit forest, community/common space with a washing machine, dinning areas, couch, fireplace, huge kitchen and more. You are welcome to explore the surrounding areas and we also offer guided tours to the waterfalls for $30 including a picnic 🧺 lunch. You may buy your own food, when we pick you up from town, and cook for yourself or you can add on 3x meals a day cooked for you(think fresh baked sourdough bread, fruit/juices, Peruvian/German dishes, wine/beer, pastries, bbq, stews, local butter, yogurts, milk, meat fruit, coffee, teas and more!) You will leave fully nourished body, heart and soul. Add this option on for $30usd per person per day(kids under 7 $15usd). Please let us know if you want this option so we can buy and plan ahead of time. Guest access Access to the whole property, river, surrounding area/nature and self led or paid guided walks to the waterfalls($30). Other things to note We live 1.5 hours from town. Our road is 4x4 access only. If you don’t have a truck or motorcycle to come up in you will need us to organize a pick up from town for you. Round trip is $30usd. Any additional trips to town are $30usd. This is the perfect place for someone who wants to disconnect from the world, enjoy nature, peace, quiet, deep rest, a bit of adventure, excellent food(if you want to add on the all inclusive option and have us cook 3x meals a day for you) and good people(if you wish to interact with the others here in the land). This is a great stay for a family, couple(honeymoon?), writers, artists and anyone who loves nature and peace.
