Manor house park & pool

Our manor house combines the charm of a small castle with modern comfort. A former hotel, it can accommodate large groups: - semi-pro kitchen, very well equipped - Most bedrooms have a private bathroom or shower room - Green Up plug for charging electric vehicles - Park, swimming pool: 10 sun loungers, goals and ping pong, barbecue AND plancha... - Nespresso and Dolce Gusto coffee maker - Baby equipment upon request. Please note, we do not provide sheets or towels. The space In the house there are: - 7 double bedrooms - 1 single bedroom - 1 bedroom with two single beds + an extra mattress. That's 9 bedrooms in total for 18 sleeping accommodations. + possibility to camp in the park obviously or to put extra inflatable mattresses on the floor because the bedrooms are large. Guest access Located 8/10' walk from the city center (direct bus stop Agen TGV station): doctors, supermarket, press, restaurants, butcher, pharmacy... - A62 highway toll about twenty kilometers away (Valence d'Agen or Agen). Other things to note The garden/park is one hectare, with century-old cedars, fruit trees, barn housing ping pong table, unheated swimming pool, barbecue AND plancha available and several terraces where you can eat...
