Cofer House

Welcome to The Cofer House - a wonderful overnight option in the Ashburn, GA area. A newly renovated (2022) country property that features all of the amenities to keep you comfortable away from home. It is both a peaceful and relaxing place to stay. Cofer House is located on a quiet country road, with beautiful views overlooking a pond and farm fields, but still convenient to many places. Just a 15 min drive off I-75; 7 miles S. of Ashburn, 15 miles to Sylvester and 22 miles from Tifton. Guest access Guests are free to use the whole property during their stay. Other things to note Please note that we try to keep our home as clean as we can for our guests, so in order to do so we ask that all of our guests respect our "No shoes inside the house" policy - this helps us maintain the cleanest environment possible.
