Guest access Guests have access to the entire home and backyard except owner’s cabinets and locked linen containers. Driveway is shared so guests can park on the right side. Driveway fits 2-3 vehicles depending on size. There is additional street parking available. Electronic front door code for easy access. Other things to note House Rules: Non-refundable cancellation of your stay and/or additional fees may be incurred if any of the below policies are violated: • No parties allowed - AirBnB has officially banned parties. • Absolutely NO smoking or vaping is allowed inside the house, on the decks or in the game room. If you choose to indulge outside, please pick up after yourself. Smoke removal fee applicable. • Do not tamper with home security system devices or the internet set up. This includes entry sensors and exterior audio/visual recording devices. Tampering includes but is not limited to: covering, blocking, turning or removing. $100 fine + cost incurred by any damage caused. • No unauthorized guests/visitors are allowed. The house is prepared by our cleaning team for the number of guests listed in your requests. Additional guest fee applicable. • No pets allowed. While we love our furry friends, pets are not permitted on the property as we want to be respectful of guests with allergies. • The home must be left in good, general cleaning condition. Excess cleaning requirements including but not limited to spoiled food, stains on furniture/walls/rugs, excess trash left behind, etc. will result in deep cleaning fee. • Damages MUST be reported immediately. Any unreported/unexplained damages will result in additional fees necessary to cover repairs or replacement items. • Do not remove or restage the furniture. $100 restaging fee and/or cost to repair/replace applicable. We are part of a very friendly and respectful community. Please respect and observe the quiet hours of 9pm-8am and refrain from playing loud music or making loud noises outside during this time. If watching something or playing music in the game room, please ensure the doors are closed. Check-In/Check Out: • Regular check-in time is 4:00pm. Early check-in available for $100 additional fee – Only available if the house is not booked the day before. • Regular check-out time is 10:00am - Late checkout is permitted only if there is no one checking in that same day and must be pre-approved. The fee for late checkout is $100 (2 hours max) and the daily rate after 4pm. *Trip Insurance* Please note, we always suggest purchasing trip insurance to cover your travel. We do have a 'firm' cancelation policy and we will only grant a refund for a government issued mandatory evacuation. *Neighborhood Note* Our property is located in a vibrant neighborhood that has been undergoing an exciting period of revitalization. You’ll find a mix of beautifully updated homes and a few that are still awaiting their turn for a refresh. Next door, there is an older, boarded property that has seen recent efforts toward cleanup, and we anticipate further improvements soon. We appreciate your understanding and patience with these elements that are beyond our control. Rest assured, our home has been thoughtfully designed to provide a peaceful and comfortable stay, and we are confident that you will enjoy it!
