The space This stylish garage apartment is a comfortable place to call home while in the Spartanburg area! Be sure to scroll through the photos to get a feel for the space. Located on a small cul-de-sac, the peaceful country setting is both welcoming and convenient. In the open living room, dining area and kitchen, you'll have plenty of space to make yourself at home. The living room is cozy and the SmartTV (Roku) can be used to watch your favorites, BYOL style-- bring your own log-in. The kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, dishes, cooking utensils, Keurig coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and much more...all you need to enjoy your favorite meals. There is also a pantry to store your food in. The bedroom area has a queen size bed with a medium-firm memory foam mattress that guests rave about! There is a closet area, with a storage rack and hangers. There is a workspace with a desk and chair by the window. Wifi is reliable...see the verified speed test in the amenities list. The space is heated and cooled with a mini-split unit controlled by remote. The remote can be found on the wall behind the couch. The bathroom, beside the kitchen, has a step-up/step-down as you're coming in and out. The shower is short! If you're close to or over 6', you'll be hunching in the shower.
