Located in Ardevon near Pontorson, at the foot of the priory of Mont Saint Michel, just 2 minutes by car and 35 minutes from the car park of the famous Mont Saint-Michel, this house is the perfect place for a holiday with family or friends, combining relaxation, discoveries and moments of conviviality. On the ground floor: As soon as you enter, you will be charmed by a large 50 m² living room, where a convivial dining area and a cosy living room with a sofa for warm evenings are mixed. The fully equipped kitchen (kettle, coffee maker, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, fridge) will delight lovers of good food, while the practical scullery will make your life easier with its washing machine, sink and everything you need for your laundry. Separate toilets complete this level. On the 1st floor: You will find a bright bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) and a large walk-in closet to make you feel at home. The second bedroom has a double bed (140x190), perfect for a couple or children. The spacious bathroom invites you to relax with its bathtub, shower, double sink and even a changing table for the little ones. Separate toilets are also available. On the 2nd floor: A small cosy living room with office area awaits you, ideal for reading a good book or sharing a moment with your family around the board games at your disposal. The large triple room, perfect for families or groups, has a double bed (140x190) and a single bed (90x190). Outside: Even without a private garden, you will enjoy a prime location! Two private parking spaces await you in front of the house. Want to get some fresh air? Other things to note - Sheets and towels included, your beds will be made, all you have to do is sit down! - Free Wi-Fi available. - One pet is accepted to be validated in the reservation (extra charge). - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for our future guests. Please leave it in a correct state of cleanliness and clean the appliances after use. - The arrival and departure times allow us to ensure a quality of cleanliness and welcome according to your expectations, so we ask that the announced times be respected, and if you wish to arrive earlier or leave the premises later, do not hesitate to ask me! -We have programmed the stove to run from 7:00 to 9:00 and from 18:00 to 20:00 with a maximum temperature of 21°C. If the temperature of 21°C is reached, the stove switches off automatically. You must not handle the stove under any circumstances during your stay, thank you!
