Located in Ardevon near Pontorson, at the foot of the priory of Mont Saint Michel, just 2 minutes by car and 35 minutes from the car park of the famous Mont Saint-Michel, this house is the perfect place for a holiday with family or friends, combining relaxation, discoveries and moments of conviviality. On the ground floor: As soon as you enter, you will be charmed by a large 50 m² living room, where a convivial dining area and a cosy living room with a sofa for warm evenings are mixed. The fully equipped kitchen (kettle, coffee maker, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, fridge) will delight lovers of good food, while the practical scullery will make your life easier with its washing machine, sink and everything you need for your laundry. Separate toilets complete this level. On the 1st floor: You will find a bright bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) and a large walk-in closet to make you feel at home. The second bedroom has a double bed (140x190), perfect for a couple or children. The spacious bathroom invites you to relax with its bathtub, shower, double sink and even a changing table for the little ones. Separate toilets are also available. On the 2nd floor: A small cosy living room with office area awaits you, ideal for reading a good book or sharing a moment with your family around the board games at your disposal. The large triple room, perfect for families or groups, has a double bed (140x190) and a single bed (90x190). Outside: Even without a private garden, you will enjoy a prime location! 2 private car park await you in front of the house. Want to get some fresh air? Guest access The house is entirely dedicated to you, it has a key box for a free arrival! Other things to note – Bed linens and towels are included, and your beds will be made before your arrival. – Free Wi-Fi is available. – One pet is welcome in the cottage (to be confirmed in the reservation, additional fee applies). To preserve the property, pets are not allowed upstairs or on the sofa. In case of any damage, the costs will be charged to the guest. – The end-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave the place in a reasonable state of cleanliness and clean the household appliances after use. – Check-in and check-out times allow us to ensure the level of cleanliness and hospitality you expect. We kindly ask you to respect the indicated times. If you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, please contact us. – During the winter season, the stove is programmed to operate from 7:00 to 9:00 and from 18:00 to 20:00, with a maximum temperature of 21°C.
