WE LOVE PETS so they are welcomed at no additional fee, and we include amenities just for them to make your stay with your pet (SA, or ESA as well) easier! No exceptions. All pets and ESAs are subject to approval and all guests must disclose any requested information about the animal/s. It is not required by law to disclose if you are bringing an SA, but it would be greatly appreciated if you did; Any amenities we provide for pets or ESA's, we would be happy to provide for your SA, and we recognize the importance of their role. *Once approved, the guest reserving the home will have 48hrs to provide government issued photo identification (see house rules for more details) and the disclosure list of guests, information about pets, and ESAs. *SAs and ESAs may not be left unattended by their owner and must accompany their owner at any time the owner leaves the premises. Pets must be crated when unattended. (We have some crates on site available for use. Please make sure what we have will suit your needs before you arrive) *We do limit our guests to 6 due to our legal occupancy limit and septic limit. Please no additional unauthorized guests or animals. *Because we are pet friendly, we cannot guarantee an allergy free experience if you have allergies or are sensitive to being in a home where a pet may have been previously. *Security cameras at exterior locations (to include a doorbell camera) and inside garage. *No third party or off-site bookings. *Retail, business, or commercial use is prohibited to include but not limited to pet sitting, daycare, chef/catering experiences, personal services, parties or events. No glitter. *There are streams/water sources and wooded areas nearby. While at our property, you may encounter animals & wildlife, reptiles, or insects, to include but not limited to Squirrels, mosquitoes, beetles, spiders turtles, Opossums, cats, snakes for which we have no control over.
