Just a 15-minute drive from the city centre and a short walk to a beautiful lake known for its swans. Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area with TV, air con, and a comfortable bedroom. Our home has everything you need for a delightful stay. Come and make wonderful memories in our serene oasis! Other things to note Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. In case of smoking a cleaning fee of 500€ will be charged together with any additional costs due downtime needed to achieve neutral scent. To avoid any unpleasant surprises please note that we will need to ask you to send us a copy of your personal ID prior to your arrival for the purpose of guest registration with the local authorities.
