Enjoy the streets of Sasaguri and spend a special day with your loved ones. ⚫ACCESS - 15 minutes by train to Hakata Station - 30-minute drive to Fukuoka Airport - 1-minute walk to the nearest Shinokuri Station - Parking for up to 2 cars is available - Supermarket, convenience store (Lawson) and izakaya within walking distance - 20-minute drive to Aeon Mall Fukuoka - 10-minute drive to the hot springs - Good access to all golf courses ◎ ⚫︎ This is a private accommodation. ⚫The bedroom is a Japanese-style room, so we provide futons. ⚫ ︎ There is free wifi with no speed limit. ⚫ Cooking utensils and condiments are available in the kitchen. The space ⚫︎ The entire building is rented to one group. ⚫︎ There is no partition between the dining room and Japanese-style room on the ground floor. ⚫︎ The second floor delivery is currently unavailable, so access is not possible. ⚫There is a toilet on each floor. Guest access Please refrain from entering the equipment warehouse on the 2nd floor as it will be unavailable. Other things to note Please be sure to read the following before you book. How to ⚫check in There is a lockbox at the entrance of the inn. We'll message you with the lockbox number and location. * Self check-in without face-to-face/staff. After booking, you⚫'ll need to submit the guest list by message. * We will send you an automated message 5 minutes after your reservation, so please reply. ⚫Please pay the accommodation tax on site. (Cash only)→ 200 yen/person/night Free for infants and toddlers who are not included in the guest fee. ⚫We will provide one bath towel/face towel per person.For consecutive nights of 2 or more nights, there will be two of each, but we do not replace it after that. ⚫There are no amenities such as toothbrushes, comb, and pajamas, so please prepare them yourself. ⚫For infants and children sleeping together, futons will not be prepared. ⚫A TV is installed in bedroom 2. You can watch Desi, Netflix, YouTube, prime video, ABEMA, etc., but please log in with your own account to watch it when you use it. ⚫The entire building is non-smoking, so please smoke in the space outside.We do not provide ashtrays, so please manage your own cigarette butts. If smoking is detected in the room, you will be charged a fine of 30,000 yen. ⚫ There is a bar next to the facility.You may hear some noise from the surroundings, especially until around 11 pm.Thank you for your understanding. ⚫︎ Please be quiet in the room after 11 pm.If it is a nuisance to the neighbors, we will charge you for immediate departure or a fine of 50,000 yen. ⚫Please refrain from using firearms outside the hotel.Barbecue and fireworks are prohibited. ⚫We kindly ask you to sort the garbage.(Burnable garbage/plastic bottles/cans) Also, please do not throw away garbage outside the accommodation.If you need to collect it, please message us. ⚫After the reservation is confirmed, please send us a message with the guest information and the check-in reservation time and whether the parking lot is available. * We will send you an automated message 5 minutes after your reservation, so please reply. Please return the key of the accommodation to the key box when you ⚫check out. If you leave after the check-out time on the same day, you will be charged an extension fee of 2,000 yen for every 30 minutes.Late check-out is available for 1,000 yen/30 minutes with advance request. ⚫Parking Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles. Cars with low height or long cars may be refused parking. Please be sure to park on the premises that you specify. If you can't park, please use the coin-operated parking lot or hotel office in the neighborhood. * Please apply for the type and number of cars in advance. ⚫About futons For 1 or 2 people, we will prepare a futon on the first floor. When you use it for 3 ~ 5 people, we will prepare it upstairs. For 6 ~ 8 people, we will prepare it for the first and second floors. * If there is a designation on how to lay the futon, please contact us in advance.We will ask you to request that you want to separate the bedroom for use with friends and so on.
