OTEYA is an entire property that opened in 2024. It is a 1-minute walk from Kasukuri Station and about 16 minutes by train to Hakata Station. It is convenient as a base for sightseeing, visiting relatives, golfing, and group trips. It is a relaxing space, recommended for stays with family or friends. It is equipped with a kitchen, cookware, and Wi-Fi, so you can have a comfortable stay even for extended periods. Two free parking spaces are provided. ⚫ Access - 1-minute walk to Sasaguri Station - Hakata Station: 16 minutes by train - 30-minute drive to Fukuoka Airport - Onsite parking for up to 2 cars - Supermarkets, convenience stores, and izakaya are within walking distance - About a 20-minute drive to Aeon Mall Fukuoka - About a 10-minute drive to a hot spring facility - Convenient access to various golf courses ◎ The space ⚫︎ This property is a private rental accommodation limited to one group per day. ⚫︎ The first-floor dining area and Japanese-style room are open-plan with no partitions. ⚫︎ The storage room on the second floor is currently not available for use, so please refrain from entering. ⚫︎ There are bathrooms on the 1st and 2nd floors. ● The bedroom is a Japanese-style room with futon mattresses. ● Free wifi with no speed limit is available. ● Cooking utensils and basic condiments are provided in the kitchen. Guest access Please refrain from entering the equipment warehouse on the 2nd floor as it will be unavailable. Other things to note Please review the following before booking. ⚫About check-in There is a lockbox installed at the entrance. Before your stay, we'll let you know your number and location by Airbnb message. * Self check-in without staff. ⚫About the occupancy tax Please pay the occupancy tax on site. 200yen/1 person/night (cash only) Infants and toddlers who are not included in the guest fee are free. ⚫About towels and amenities We have one bath towel and one face towel for each guest. For stays of 2 nights or more, there will be two pieces each, and we do not replace them after that. There is no toothbrush, comb, pajamas, etc., so please bring it with you. ⚫Infants and children sleeping side by side We do not provide futons for infants and children sleeping together. ⚫About the TV A TV is installed in Bedroom 2. You can watch Desi, Netflix, YouTube, Prime Video, ABEMA, etc. For video streaming services, please log in with your own account. ⚫About smoking No smoking in the building.Please smoke in the outdoor space. There are no ashtrays, so please take care of your cigarette butts and dispose of them yourself. If smoking is confirmed in the room, we may charge an additional cleaning fee of 30,000 yen. ⚫About the surrounding environment and night time There is an izakaya next door, so you may hear some noise from the surrounding area until around 11:00 p.m. Also, please be quiet indoors after 11:00 p.m. If we find that there is any disturbance to the neighborhood, we may ask you to leave the room immediately or charge an additional fee of 50,000 yen. ⚫About the use of fire Please refrain from using fire outside the building or on the premises. Barbecue and fireworks are not allowed. ⚫About trash Please separate garbage into "burnable garbage/plastic bottles/cans/bottles". Please do not throw it outside the property. Please contact us via Airbnb message if you need us to collect it. ⚫About checkout Please return the key to the lockbox. After the checkout time, we will charge you an extension fee of 2,000 yen per 30 minutes. Late check-out is available for 1,000 yen per 30 minutes upon advance application. ⚫Parking Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles. We may refuse to allow low-riding or long vehicles to park. Please be sure to use the designated on-site parking lot. * Please let me know the type and number of cars in advance. ⚫About futons We will provide futons on the first floor for 1–2 guests, on the second floor for 3–5 guests, and on both the first and second floors for 6–8 guests.
