We will be able to confirm the night before your departure. - 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM - $30.00 - 1:00PM to 3 PM - $60.00 * Bookings for stays longer than 14 nights are available upon request. Please note that you will be required to sign a rental agreement prior to check-in. This agreement acknowledges that failure to vacate the premises upon checkout may result in law enforcement involvement and legal action. * ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN OR NEAR THE HOUSE**
NO SMOKING (of any type) in or near the house. Our non-smoking policy is very strict and will be enforced. Violators will be charged an additional $500 to cover the cost of eradicating damages (smell of smoke and any other damages).
 * NO pets are allowed, except for service animals. A $300 cleaning fee will be applied if this rule is violated. *Grill available upon request. $30 additional cleaning fee.
