Guest access The house has two rooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed. Both with wardrobes, fans, night tables, individual lights. In the living room there is a double bed, to increase the number of guests. The bathroom has a shower enclosure, deck terrace with pergola and shade mesh. Kitchen, living room, dining room, all in a spacious environment that invites you to share with the family. Air conditioning, alarm, cable TV, Direct TV, washing machine, microwave, refrigerator, etc. Stores half a block and a block and a half away. Neighbors who live there all year round are very helpful, willing to lend a hand with whatever you need. Electricity and water costs are charged separately from the rate. They are calculated by calling the companies in charge of providing the services (UTE and OSE) and calculating the amounts based on the day of entry, the day of departure, and the values in the meters of each stay.
