Other things to note Please note that you are staying in a private house and not a hotel. We expect that you will treat it with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to resolve them immediately. • The booking guest must be over the age of 25. Verification may be required. Under age with certain exceptions, please ask. • Cleaning is required every 30 days. Guest responsible for payment. Each Mid-stay cleaning is $200. • Initial consumables are provided. Guests are responsible for supplying their own for the remainder of their stay. • Security camera on exterior of home front of the door. (RECORDING video & audio 24 hours/day. Motion activated) • A $250 security deposit is required within 24 hours of booking. A payment request will be sent via Airbnb.
