Cozy 1920s cottage just blocks from the square in downtown Headland, AL - the “Gem of the Wiregrass”. There you will find local shopping and tasty restaurants. Our place is a short drive to Dothan, Abbeville, and Columbia. Perfect for those wanting to relax in a small-town atmosphere but still be near everything they need. Also located close to Farley Nuclear Plant, Georgia-Pacific, Southeast Health and Flowers hospitals, as well as Lake Eufaula. Headland STR Permit #24-006 The space The home is completely furnished, including a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, microwave, gas stove & oven, Keurig coffee maker, blender, crockpot, air fryer and all essential cookware, dishes and flatware. Bedroom 1 has a full bed, bedroom 2 has two twin beds, and bedroom 3 has two full beds. All bedrooms have a Roku TV. Main living area includes a 55-inch Smart TV. Guest access Private driveway with paved parking for two vehicles in back. Additional vehicles may park in the driveway. You will have full access to the home and fenced backyard. We just ask that guests be respectful of neighbors. This is a quiet neighborhood and Headland has a 10pm noise ordinance. Please remember this is an older home. Originally built in the 1920s, the home still retains most of its original hardwood flooring but has the quirks and character of an older home as well. Other things to note There are 2 Ring cameras located at the front and back doors. They are on and recording 24/7 for security purposes. There are no cameras inside the home. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund. The full deposit will be forfeited if any of the above are found. You will also be asked to leave the property immediately without any refunds.
