The space Exterior and Surroundings: The cottage features a prominent red exterior with a spacious sun room, situated amidst lush greenery. The large windows in the front provide a panoramic view of the surrounding forest, and beautiful Bella Lake. Sun Room: The interior boasts a cozy sun room with large windows that fill the space with natural light and offer scenic views of Bella Lake and forest. The room is fitted with comfortable seating, making it a perfect spot for relaxation or reading. There is a queen sofabed with a brand new mattress in the cognac couch. Kitchen: The kitchen is well-equipped and spacious, featuring modern appliances, ample countertop space, and wooden cabinetry. It's designed to cater to all the culinary needs of its guests, ensuring a convenient and enjoyable cooking experience. Dining Area: Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area includes a sturdy wooden dining table set against a backdrop of cabin-style interior décor, ideal for family meals. Bedroom: The bedroom arrangement is practical yet cozy, with a queen bed and a bunk bed designed to accommodate multiple guests without compromising comfort. The use of wood in the interior continues here, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere. Bathroom: The bathroom is modern and functional, equipped with a shower, bath, and essential amenities. Living Room: The living area is welcoming, with a brand new, large window wood stove, a comfortable sofa with a double sized sofabed, and a rustic stone accent wall. This room is perfect for unwinding after a day of outdoor activities, featuring soft furnishings and a warm, homely feel. Guest access Accessibility: road access behind cabin, slightly sloping ground, two steps up to the back door. A ramp on the right side of the cottage provides access to the cottage via the sun room. Unless there are mobility restrictions, please return the vehicle to the main Billie Bear Resort parking lot. Other things to note Trapper Cottage is available for stays of 7 nights or more in July and August (Saturday-Saturday) and for stays of 2 nights or more in Spring and Fall. Billie Bear Resort provides all bed linens, bath towels for inside the cottage (please pack your personal beach towels for outdoor use), dish soap and dish cloths, hand soap for kitchen and washroom and garbage bags. All non-motorized watercraft are included in your rental including paddleboards, kayaks, canoes and paddleboats. Clean and dry lifejackets and mandatory boat safety equipment are located in Bear Cub, next to the beach. We also have two motorized aluminum boats for rental. Beach toys for play and sand castle building are located in bins on the porch of Bear Cub, next to the beach. All sports equipment are located in bins next to the playing area for that sport, including Tennis, Pickleball, Badminton.
