Apartment no. 1 Berruiles (Budoni)

The apartment is located in Berruiles (Budoni) and is located a few kilometers from San Teodoro and Budoni, and a few minutes from the beautiful beach in the area. The apartment is a three-room apartment consisting of two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), a kitchen with a sofa bed, and a bathroom. In case of lack of water you can use the cistern of the apartment. Other things to note - Check out by 9.30 am - Check-in agreed between us and the guest (as in case of previous guests we have to have time to check out and clean the apartment); - upon arrival we ask for the tourist tax requested by the municipality. - Please comply with the separate collection calendar. - In order to use the air conditioner properly, it is required that it be turned on only during the times the guest is present; - A deposit of €100 is required (which will be returned at the end of the stay, if the guests have not broken anything). - Linen and towels are not included, the guest can bring them or can request them from us (before arriving).
