The Members Club Condo

This newly renovated ground floor 2 BR/2 BA condo is exactly where you need to be for rest and relaxation! This unit is just steps from the beach or can easily access any of the resort's five pools or hot tub. The master bedroom has a queen bed with ensuite bath while the second bedroom offers a queen bed and full bed. The second bath is accessible to the living area. Our kitchen has everything that you need and more. The balcony will be your favorite evening spot! The space Our private beach is just 12.5 miles from downtown Gulf Shores. Being on the ground floor is so nice after a long day on the beach without having to climb stairs or catch an elevator. The master bedroom has a queen bed, closet, TV, and private ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom has both a queen and full bed, closet, and TV. The guest bathroom has a shower/tub unit, toilet and sink. The living room includes on a chaise sofa with storage and 2 recliners. The fully stocked kitchen allows for interacting with those in the living area while preparing meals. The large island bar includes 4 bar stools and there is also a dining table with 4 chairs. Small appliances, such as a toaster, coffee maker and blender are provided for our guests. There is also a hood/microwave combo above the oven. The refrigerator has an ice maker for your convenience. Outside is a great balcony area with seating for four people. There are multiple pools, hot tub, tennis courts, beach volleyball court, horseshoe pits and so much more available on the property. For cooking on the grounds there are multiple grilling areas available for you to cook up a wonderful meal during your stay. The Sassy Bass Island Grill, located on site, serves breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks with a wonderful staff and an awesome bar overlooking the beach. They also offer coffee and ice cream. The award-winning Kiva Dunes 18-hole golf course and Kiva Grill are just a short walk from our condo. There are also multiple restaurants within just a few miles from our resort. Guest access Entire condo and all common use areas in the resort. This includes laundry, fitness center and ice machines to purchase bags of ice. Other things to note There is a one-time parking permit fee that is due to our HOA after you book with us and prior to your arrival. The cost of the parking permit is based on your length of stay: 2-3 nights=$25; 4-6 nights=$35; 7-14 nights=$45; and 15+nights=$60.
