The space The room is located on the 5th floor of an 8-story house. - Our apartment stands out as GOOD QUIET + WIDE AREA AND LOTS OF NATURAL LIGHT FROM THE BALCONY - Floors 1-2 are specialized coffee shops, we encourage you to use them. - Each floor has a separate room - The elevator takes you up to your room door - There are emergency stairs - Room area 55m2 - 2 king size beds 1600x2000 and 1 soft sofa - 1 Living room with dining table for 6 people - There are lazy chairs to relax and read books by the window - Clean toilet WITH WINDOW - The balcony has green trees and a view of the garden of the house and the alley where indigenous people live * There is a refrigerator to cool and store food and drinks * Microwave, kettle to heat food * Forks, spoons, chopsticks, dishes and drinking glasses are available (if you need wine glasses or fruit knives, please let us know and we will prepare them for you) * For food safety reasons, we do not stock cooking spices and cooking oils.
