Located on a quiet residential street with easy access to Southside shopping centre, Wandsworth Town Station and Clapham Junction. 10 mins walk to Wandsworth Town Station. 5 mins bus or 25 mins walk to Clapham Junction. Lovely double room within a first floor maisonette over looking the garden with direct access via stairs straight into our secure patio garden. Perfectly located for Wimbledon via a 15 mins bus (plus 5 mins walk to bus stop), 10 mins Uber or a 45 mins walk. Guest access In addition to your own bedroom and bathroom, you are welcome to enjoy using our patio garden. The patio garden is accessed directly from your bedroom via a set of stairs into the garden therefore we will not use the garden ourselves during your stay. The kitchen and lounge we use quite a bit so they will not really be shared spaces. Though you are welcome to get water and tea/coffee from the kitchen at any time. Both are on the same floor as your bedroom and bathroom (first floor), down the other end of the hallway. We keep the second and third floor as private use for ourselves. During your stay We will provide you with our phone number so you can contact us during the day should you need anything.
