Private bedroom with large family room in lower level; private 3/4 bath/shower, covered patio, gazebo, and in-ground pool. Comfortable home surrounded by the Kinnickinnic State Park, access to hiking trails and biking on country roads. You'll have your own entrance via the back patio or access to main level entry. Lots of great restaurants, beaches, bars, shopping, and grocery stores within 5-10 miles in Prescott, River Falls, and Hudson. A little bit of heaven tucked in the Kinnickinnic! The space You'll have access to the pool, covered patio, beautiful view of Kinnickinnic State Park, hiking on the south side; bring your bicycles if you'd like to bike on the scenic paved country roads. Enjoy complimentary coffee/tea on the spacious scenic patios in the morning. You'll also have access to your own mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig, but upon request, feel free to use the kitchen, fridge, stove, and utensils on the main level...just clean up when you're done. The firepit is available for use (when weather permits), please drag the hose down "just in case" and be sure to put fire out completely when done. Yard games available upon request. Gas fireplace, DirecTV (pref xtra w/HBO, local networks, etc), private bath w/shower; queen bed in separate bedroom (2), sleeper sofa (2), with comfy large couch that easily sleeps two. Guest access You'll have access to the entire lower level and backyard, pool, yard games, two parking spaces, private 3/4 bathroom, DirecTV, Wi-Fi now available through SwiftCurrent. During your stay We will most likely be present and available for any questions, but you'll have the lower level to yourself. You might see me in the pool or weeding every once in a while, but mostly will keep out of your way. Other things to note Rocket, our 6-year old Australian Shepherd is a bundle of energy and does best without much interteaction from our guests. There is also one cat (Hoots) who just might try to sneak downstairs (so the upstairs door must stay shut). Since Rocket gets a little "too overjoyed" with any other animals, we think it's best to keep a No Pets Policy for everyone's peace and quiet. Rocket and Hoots are not allowed in the lower level. Who knows, one day we'll be able to open the listing to include well-mannered (and fixed) fur-friends. But until then, just The Rocket! NO DOGS IN THE POOL!!
