Welcome to my cosy 1-bedroom flat with its own private entrance, tucked just off Chandos Road in Bristol. The space includes a bright private garden that’s great for a morning coffee or winding down in the evening. You’ll be just a short walk from local shops and restaurants, making it easy to settle in and enjoy the area. Whether you’re staying for a few days or a bit longer, the flat offers a comfortable, relaxed home base. The space The flat is bright, comfortable, and simply decorated, with a mix of mid-century and Scandinavian style. It has one bedroom with an en-suite, plus a second full bathroom, both with walk-in showers and modern fittings. The king-sized bed looks out over the garden, and the large windows throughout make the space feel airy and relaxed. The open-plan living area includes a big corner sofa and a Moroccan floor puff, and the dining area has an Ercol table that seats four, with extra stools if needed. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, including a microwave, oven, air fryer, coffee machine, hob, fridge, dishwasher, and washing machine. Outside, there’s a small patio garden with seating and a BBQ, great for eating or relaxing when the weather’s nice. It’s a comfortable, easy-going space that’s well set up for a short break or a longer stay. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole flat apart from the locked second bedroom. Other things to note If early check in or late check out is requested, I will be happy to accommodate this where possible. Street parking is free from 5pm-9am on weekdays and is free on weekends. Pay and display or Visitor parking permits needed Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (Permits available upon request for a fee) Strictly no smoking within the property.
