The space Splendid renovated and furnished apartment located Rue du Commerce, in the La Motte-Picquet-Grenelle district. It is located on the 4th floor, near La Motte-Picquet-Grenelle, Avenue Émile Zola and Commerce stations. In the surrounding area, you can find attractions such as the Grand Palais Éphémère, the Champ-de-Mars or the Bir-Hakeim Bridge. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a living room with a sofa bed. The beds are equipped with soft bedding, ideal for a good night rest. The kitchen is fully equipped with the latest appliances and cooking utensils. The apartment has a bathroom equipped with a full shower and towels. In addition, the apartment is equipped with high speed WiFi and SmartTV. The apartment has a washing machine for your comfort. *Pets are welcome, but a fee may be applied. Guests will be notified of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be responsible for any noise (construction or street noise) outside the apartment. Other things to note In order to comply with local regulations and ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to provide a valid ID prior to their stay. A security deposit is required for this stay.
