No refunds will be given for weather related cancellations. -Please be aware that you will be receiving a link to our booking contract via text within 24 hours of making your reservation. If you do not see it come through, please let us know as it must be signed. We are happy to answer any questions about its contents. This is a 150 year old log cabin in the woods. The animals sometimes admire its warmth and shelter from the rain, as much as guests. Please note that if you are squeamish from the thought of a bat or small animal finding access into the house, this is not the rental for you! We understand that and will be happy to help you find another more modern and well sealed home. -This property has all private amenities and is self-check-in. We will text you information pertinent to your stay including a link to our booking agreement (shortly after reserving), a link to the property guidebook that includes the address and important directions (3days before check in), and the code to the smart lock on the door (around 2:30 pm the day of check in) -Our cancellation policy is firm but if there are other dates you would like to move a reservation to. The fee for this will vary from $150 - $300 depending on the cabin, how close to the check in date your reservation currently is and availability. -Pet Fee is $75 per dog. We only allow dogs. No cats. Pets shall always be secured within the boundaries of the property. If the property is not fenced, pets must be kept on a leash and always accompanied by the pet owner while outside. If you plan to go out and leave your dog at the cabin, please know that we require they be crated in your absence. -If smoking takes place on the property during your stay, we will charge you $250 to deodorize and clean the property. Suches Vacation Rentals provides the following amount of basic goods as a Starter Kit for your arrival at the cabin: Kitchen Trash Bags - 5 (under the kitchen sink) Paper Towels - 1 Roll per Kitchen Toilet Paper - 3 per bathroom Body Soap - Small sample bar soaps (with welcome kit in kitchen) Please make a note, this is a starter kit for your arrival. If you feel that you'll need more of these items you'll want to bring them with you or purchase them while you are in town. Since coffee and laundry detergent can be very personal choices we encourage you to bring those with you as we do not provide them. An ample supply of dish soap, dish detergent, shampoo and conditioner and hand soap are provided. Suches Vacation Rentals operates in a beautiful but very remote area of the North Georgia Mountains. Because professional linen services are not available locally, we personally handle all laundering in-house. Due to the remoteness of the area and no linen cleaning services, we provide on bath towel an done wash cloth per guest based on maximum occupancy of a cabin. If you feel you need more towels please plan on bringing those with you. We appreciate your understanding and your help in supporting our efforts to conserve resources and reduce waste while maintaining comfort for every guest. There is a ring doorbell by the screen door facing away from the house. FIREARMS: For the safety and comfort of all guests, firearms are not permitted anywhere on the property, including inside the cabin, in outdoor areas, or in vehicles parked on the premises.
